We are an Italian group and a leader in contract logistics, specializing in tailor-made, technologically advanced solutions. We have a solid global presence, with over 20 distribution centres in EMEA, Asia and the United States. For years we’ve partnered with some of the most prestigious brands in the luxury and fashion sectors.
Our management team is highly qualified, with extensive experience in handling complex, international operations.
With over forty years of experience, the Group was founded in Italy, where it still retains deep roots even as it has become a multinational. Growth has been driven by visionary entrepreneurship and substantial investments in technology—most notably the development of one of the industry’s most advanced proprietary Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The organisation is made up of multiple operating companies, all synergistically integrated under unified leadership.
International expansion led to strategic offices and warehouses in China, Hong Kong, the United States and the United Kingdom. The Group stands out for a flexible, scalable, high-precision omnichannel logistics model tailored to meet the fashion & lifestyle sector’s complex needs. Our operations are fully digitised and supported by advanced automation solutions—RFID, automatic sorters and Autostore systems. A data-driven approach allows us to manage flows dynamically, benefiting both our clients and the environment.

Since our foundation, we have steadily expanded our global presence by investing in innovation and forging strategic partnerships, always keeping pace with our clients’ evolving needs and expanding into key markets such as the United States, China and the United Kingdom.
1984
Company founded.
1993
Company growth driven by Fagioli and Benfenati’s entrepreneurial vision to target a high-value, fast-growing market combined with distinctive software expertise. The Hong Kong branch was established and later rebranded as OM Log.
2003-2004
Significant technology investments cemented tech as a strategic asset. In 2003, we installed our first automated sorting system and acquired WMS (formerly an external software provider) to internalize and advance our proprietary system.
2007-2009
To support the global growth of luxury fashion, we set up direct operations in two strategic regions: the U.S. and China. In 2007 we opened a US branch which today includes three distribution centres in New Jersey and an office in New York. This was followed by our expansion in China in 2009 via a joint venture with two warehouses in Shanghai and one in Hong Kong.
2014
In 2014 the Group bought out our Chinese joint venture partner, a fashion-specialist freight company that still collaborates with us, making OM Log 100% owned.
2015
OM Log’s shareholding was reorganized with Benfenati and Fagioli acquiring the remaining partner stake.
2021-2024
Asset rationalization with Snatt in 2021 and OM Log in 2024 via sale-and-leaseback transactions freed us to focus exclusively on our core logistics operations.
2024
The Group further strengthened its global presence by opening a UK branch.International expansion continues, with our next strategic milestone focused on the U.S. West Coast to meet our clients’ ever-evolving needs.
