(VAS)
From quality control to product customisation, every detail is managed. We provide a full suite of value-added services designed to ensure traceability, consistency and operational continuity: custom quality control, real-time inventory management, personalised labelling, reverse logistics, repairs and reconditioning, specialised packaging and archive/sample handling. All services are integrated in our WMS, scalable and tailored to brand identity, timelines and volume, even during peak season.
Quality control: sartorial precision, constant traceability
Our QC process meets the most rigorous standards in fashion and luxury. Every garment is inspected in dedicated areas by trained staff, with ergonomic workstations. We check size, stitching, finishing, colour fastness and accessory placement. All steps are digitally tracked in the WMS. In case of non-compliance, we activate corrective processes, reworks, quarantines or returns, as agreed with the client.
Inventory management: full visibility, real time
We carry out cycle counts on a rotational or targeted basis, supported by RF devices to keep physical and system inventories perfectly aligned. The process is designed to avoid disrupting sales, with multilayer reporting to analyse discrepancies and optimise stock levels.
Ticketing and personalised labelling: brand identity matters
We produce tailored prints directly on hang tags, polybags or care labels, supporting every layout, code and language. The system is scalable, WMS-integrated and suited to all formats, from high-volume runs to unit-level labels. Technology meets personalisation to reinforce each brand’s identity.
Reverse logistics: smooth handling, even post-sale
We manage structured returns flows across all channels, with item-level identification via barcode or RFID. Every returned product is classified, tested, tracked, and either restocked or processed based on its condition. A system that protects value and enhances the customer experience.
Repairs and reconditioning: every garment deserves a second life
In our in-house labs, we perform technical and cosmetic repairs. For special materials, we work with trusted external partners. All activity is tracked in the WMS and items are re-entered into the sales network or secondary channels.
Product customisation: making exclusivity the standard
We offer product customisation services, from embroidery to heat transfer printing, with integrated QC. Each station is WMS-connected and manages major graphic formats. We handle the entire cycle, from logo input to production.
Specialised packaging: precision, identity, control
Tailored packaging for each brand, supported by intelligent automation. Every item is identified, tracked, protected and enhanced using selected materials: hangers, tags, gift boxes, dust bags, brochures. Each package is checked for full accuracy and traceability.
Samples and archives: curated, organised, accessible
We manage sample collections with archival care. Each item is categorised by season, style, and colour, and tracked through integrated portals. We offer photography, virtual showroom management and optimal storage conditions, treating each collection as an asset.
