Sustainability isn’t a trend, it’s a matter of responsibility, a daily commitment that touches every aspect of our work: from the energy efficiency of our warehouses to people development and transparency in decision-making.
It’s not only about the environment, but about adopting a growth model that combines innovation, operational discipline and a positive impact on the communities where we operate.
That’s why we actively address ESG topics, with dedicated resources and measurable targets, because we believe that only what’s traceable can be improved.

Environmental – Clean energy, sustainable mobility and responsible resource management
Our environmental commitment translates into tangible actions across the logistics chain. In 2024, we generated over 2.38 million kWh from solar panels installed across 8 hubs, with a total installed capacity expected to reach 3,294 kW by 2025. We are expanding the network with new plants, including an innovative project with startup Green Independence.
Despite a 74% increase in warehouse surface area, we reduced energy consumption per square metre from 53.96 to 35.89 kWh, thanks to new technologies and automation. Our fleet of 47 vehicles includes electric models powered by solar energy, and we optimise every route to cut fuel use and emissions.
We’ve also replaced nearly 700,000 cardboard boxes with reusable crates, saving paper, plastic and unnecessary trips.
Social inclusion, wellbeing and shared growth
We believe that sustainability starts with people. Our team counts 188 employees, 86% on permanent contracts, with strong female representation (52%) and a quarter of the workforce under 30. In 2024, we delivered over 3,200 hours of training in safety, soft skills and languages to foster development.
We ensure a healthy work environment with on-site medical rooms and free cancer screenings in partnership with local organisations. Through Snatt Lab, we promote sustainable mobility, safety and waste reduction—replacing plastic bottles with filtered water stations and using compostable dishware. Art enriches our workspaces, and we support social and cultural projects to improve quality of life for both employees and the wider community.
Governance – Innovation, transparency and value for local communities
Our governance model is based on strict ESG principles, grounded in ethics, transparency and innovation. All activities are governed by a Code of Ethics, anti-corruption policies and whistleblowing procedures, with no reports recorded in 2024.
International certifications—including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, SSAE 18, AEO and others—ensure quality, safety and compliance. In terms of buildings, we operate 23 warehouses certified BREEAM Good, one BREEAM Excellent hub in the UK and two LEED Gold facilities in Reggio Emilia. Our goal is to apply these standards across all our sites, delivering long-term, tangible value for our territories and stakeholders.
